RETURNS

In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please email us at returns@thembag.com within 15 days of receiving your purchase, the reason for your return, and we will provide you with a return address.

Returned items must be in their original condition, new, and unused.

Please return your item in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest using a shipping courier that will provide you with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Once we have received and inspected your return and it is approved, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 14 business days.
